U.S. Senate: Mike Rogers

MCRGO-PAC endorses Mike Rogers for U.S. Senate. Rogers has a strong, consistent record defending the Second Amendment. During his time in Congress he earned high marks from the NRA-PVF, including consistent A ratings, reflecting his votes to protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners. Update

Governor: John James

MCRGO-PAC endorses John James for Governor. James has a strong pro-Second Amendment record. He has earned an A rating from the NRA while in Congress and has consistently affirmed his commitment to defending the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners. Most importantly, he has committed to signing permitless concealed carry (constitutional carry) into law. As governor he has pledged to stand with Michigan’s responsible firearms owners and protect Article 1, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution.

MCRGO-PAC 2026 Candidate Endorsements

MCRGO-PAC endorses for the November general election based on objective criteria without regard for political party or incumbency. Endorsements are made by a balanced multi-partisan committee.

Attorney General: Doug Lloyd

MCRGO-PAC endorses Eaton County Prosecutor Doug Lloyd for Michigan Attorney General. Lloyd is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. He backs constitutional carry so law-abiding citizens can exercise their rights without unnecessary government hurdles, and he has raised serious due-process concerns about Michigan’s red-flag laws, calling for reforms that protect both public safety and constitutional rights.

Michigan Supreme Court: Judge Michael Warren

MCRGO-PAC endorses Judge Michael Warren for Michigan Supreme Court. An originalist who interprets the Constitution as written, Judge Warren supports the Second Amendment. He regularly attends firearms events, including June’s Northern Lower Peninsula picnic of the allied gun groups in Gaylord.

MCRGO-PAC’s focus is on state government. MCRGO-PAC does not rate or endorse for local elections, most federal elections, or judicial elections other than for the Michigan Supreme Court. All endorsed candidates for the Michigan Legislature participated in MCRGO-PAC’s primary election survey and received an A or B rating indicating strong support for self-defense rights. Consequently, endorsements are not made for every legislative district.
